Majella Vista Houses

This is a project where we have acquired 2 plus hectares of land and plan to build two new homes. The land is populated with olive trees, with views of the Majella Mountains, and is close to the town of Civitella Casanova which is about 30 minutes from Pescara Airport. At this time, subject to prospective owners input both houses will have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great room with kitchen and sitting area, an outdoor portico and a large room that can be built out as a third bed/bathroom or office totaling 126 sq. metres.
