Majella Vista Houses

This is a project to build 2 new homes using traditional methods and reclaimed materials where possible. The homes will each sit in their own grounds of approximately 1 hectare. Each plot is populated with mature olive trees, and each has views of the Majella Mountain. The town of Civitella Casanova is about 5 minutes away and Civitella itself is about 30 minutes from Pescara Airport. At this time, subject to owners input both houses will have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large day room with kitchen and sitting area, an outdoor portico and another large room that could be built out at a later stage as a third bed/bathroom/office. The total area of each house will be approximately 126 sq. metres. Photo 1 shows and artists impression of the finished property, and photo 2 the proposed for layout for the first house. Other photos show a representation of type of materials and finishes you can expect.

Construction on the first of these houses hjas begun and is scheduled to be completed by August 2008. The price will range from 300,000.00 euros to 395,000.00 euros depending on plot size, time of purchase and final specification agreed.

The first of these houses is available for 'off plan' purchase now and a purchase at the early stage of the project would ensure a favorable price and influence over the final spec and materials used.

If you are interested in viewing the plot, or want further details then please call Andrew Turner on 0039 320 2347 420 or fill out the 'Arrange a Viewing' form.

It is very often very difficult to obtain old bricks of a particular size and shape so very often we have to make them ourselves!
