The house is situated in the charming hillside village of Villa Bozza in Abruzzo, an unspoiled region on the eastern side of Italy. Villa Bozza is some 15 minutes’ drive from the mediaeval town of Atri, which is full of art and culture. It is 3 km from Castilenti and 15 km from Silvi. Rome is some 2 hours away by car.
The house is close to Abruzzo’s National Parks, the Gran Sasso mountains and the beach at Pineto.
The nearest airports are Pescara (45 minutes), Ancona (1.5 hours) and Rome (2 hours).
